New legal entity

We would like to inform you that we have got some changes recently in our company structure. We established new entity ITelephonic LLC which consolidates the telecom businesses of iTelephonic LTD. The new company has retained the whole management team as well as all liabilities and obligations of iTelephonic LTD.

ITelephonic LLC wishes to continue working with all the partners of iTelephonic LTD on the same terms. On behalf of both iTelephonic LTD and ITelephonic LLC, we assure you that this transition will not affect the existing agreements and the financial performance of our company.
